Training

Our extensive platform comes with a comprehensive training so you can make a flying start with your e-commerce optimizations. All new customers get an online user training consisting of easy to follow videos by our digital assistant Krist-E. The videos teach you all of the essentials to get going with Tweakwise. Our flesh-and-blood staff is always available for your questions, so don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Tweakwise Support platform

As a Tweakwise customer, you will have access to our extensive knowledge base. It contains a huge amount of information on all of our features to let you make the most out of Tweakwise. The information on the platform is created based on frequent user questions and the development of new features. We made videos and FAQs for you to find the answers to all your questions.
