This month, we’re excited to introduce enhancements to the Synonyms feature, making it easier than ever to manage, approve, and fine-tune synonyms for more relevant search results.

Save time with bulk actions

Managing synonyms just got easier! Previously, updating multiple synonyms was a time-consuming process, requiring manual edits one by one. But with the new Bulk Actions, you can now select multiple entries and update them all at once.
For example, if you need to adjust all synonyms related to ‘shirts’, simply select them as a group and make changes in one go. This update makes managing large synonym lists faster, more efficient, and consistent across your platform.

New filtering options for smarter synonym management

Finding the right synonyms is now easier than ever with our brand-new filtering options.
You can now filter synonyms by type, allowing you to view only regular, one-way, or AI-generated synonyms. Additionally, you can filter by approval status, so you can quickly see which AI-generated synonyms are still pending review.
With these new filtering tools, managing large synonym lists is now more efficient, organized, and precise, giving you complete control over your search setup.

Take full control of AI Synonyms

With AI Synonyms Approval, you decide which AI-generated synonyms go live. Approve or reject suggestions, filter pending synonyms, and update them in batches for better accuracy.
You can also customize how AI synonyms are generated—set automatic approval, define daily generation times, and establish no-results thresholds to trigger AI synonym creation.
These updates give you greater flexibility and control, ensuring AI-powered search stays relevant and optimized.

Easily import & export synonyms

Managing large synonym lists is now effortless with Synonym Import & Export. Export synonyms as a CSV file while keeping the correct structure intact.
Multiple values are clearly formatted using a pipeline separator, ensuring easy editing. After making changes, simply re-import the file and preview the updates before finalizing.
This streamlines bulk management, making it faster, more efficient, and fully controlled.
