Redesigned Merchandising Builder UI/UX

The Merchandising Builder has been completely redesigned to make your daily work faster, clearer, and more effective.
A key new feature is Flexible Sized Grid Items, which lets you control the size and visual impact of individual products and visuals on your pages, perfect for highlighting bestsellers or campaigns.
Another new addition is Actionable Insights: for each grid item, you can see how many times users clicked on that position within a specific time period. This allows you to optimize based on real user behavior.

Revamped Suggestions Module

The Suggestions module has been completely updated and is now neatly organized in the Tweakwise App. Where previously you worked with separate sections like Established, Manual, and Blacklisted Suggestions, these are now combined in one central module.
You also have far more control. You can now create your own suggestion groups—based on a brand or theme, for example—and position them directly in the configuration, without needing any backend changes.

Improved AI Vector Search

Our AI Vector Search has been further improved and now understands visitor intent even better. Instead of relying only on exact keywords, the algorithm recognizes the meaning behind a query.
Think of searches like “I need something to sit on” or “I’m looking for a gift for a coffee lover”, now automatically returning relevant products, even if those exact words don’t appear in your product data.
This update delivers a more natural, human-like search experience and helps your platform return even more relevant results, especially for vague or descriptive queries.

JavaScript Plugin for Magento

With the new JavaScript plugin for Magento, Magento-based platforms can implement Tweakwise features much faster, without backend changes. You’ll always have direct access to the latest functionalities, making it easier to test, optimize, and go live faster.

New Insight Reports

We’ve expanded our reporting capabilities with two new dashboards: the E-commerce Report and the Conversion Rate Trend & Breakdown Report. These give you insights into platform performance, click behavior, and conversion trends. Thanks to these actionable insights, you can better steer your merchandising and search configuration for measurable impact.

Exact Start

With Exact Start, search results that exactly match the beginning of a visitor’s query are prioritized.
For example, when someone searches for “blue”, products like “blue jeans” or “bluetooth speaker” appear first, rather than items that match “blue” later in the title.
This leads to more predictable and logical results, especially useful for short, targeted queries.

Preview: Conversational Commerce

We gave a first look at our upcoming Conversational Commerce module. Think AI-driven shopping assistants that can guide your visitors through complex buying journeys with natural-language interactions. Coming soon to the Tweakwise Suite.

2025 Roadmap Highlights
